Joseph “Joe” Swift is an Emmy-nominated media professional whose career spans over 20 years across photography, videography, graphic design, web development, and television production. His work has appeared with leading organizations including BET, the New York Mets’ Citi Field, Nike’s Pro City Basketball, and the Nike Track and Field Center.

In 2020, Joe earned a New York Emmy Award nomination for his role as director and cameraman at Queens Public Television (QPTV). He is also the co-founder of Our World Media, a platform he launched with his mother Pauline Swift, which evolved from a magazine into a podcast and later a digital radio station.

While Joe has always thrived behind the lens—capturing moments with celebrities such as

Jay-Z, Nas, Taraji P. Henson, Noah Lyles, and Usain Bolt—his passion for teaching and connecting with people inspired the creation of Tech Talk with Swift.

Known for his versatility, Joe is equally at home behind the camera, in the editing suite, or live on air. He is deeply engaged with the future of technology, from the rise of AI to the evolution of digital storytelling, always asking what’s next and how creators can stay ahead of the curve.
